Over the past 6 months or so, it seems I've been averaging at least one sale a month in West Sacramento. It's fairly close to my home as I can drive just about anywhere in West Sac within 15 minutes. As a Land Park resident, I'm also excited about the proposed bridge over Broadway into West Sacramento, which will make that route much more direct: the way the crow flies.
This also means West Sacramento residents will have an easier and more direct route to all of our exciting restaurants and nightlife in downtown and Midtown Sacramento.
West Sacramento, especially Southport, Bridgeway Lakes and Bridgeway Island, are great places to live. Newer homes, established neighborhoods. But prices have been going up. It's becoming more difficult to find a home with larger square footage for sale under $400,000. Except for this gem.
