It's $995 one time set up. If it worked, it would be well worth it. I have too many leads (mostly vague ones) coming from my FB ads. If they would scrub them and hand back to me the ones that wanted to buy/sell, I'd pay a 25% fee all day long. I would appreciate ANY feedback from agents who have actually used, still using, or stopped using this services...... and their opinions.

I also follow this same counsel. I just find it interesting that they claim to have 22k agents using their system yet, I cannot find one to respond. I have plenty of leads that go unused. Even if I were to receive a 25% referral fee for clients in my own area, it would be better money that not making anything on them???
BTW- they are not followed up on because the give bogus or incomplete information. Any lead who properly fills out my FB or other lead forms gets my full and immediate attention. I am happy with my production and income. Just looking to recoup ad dollars by getting a referral fee for dead leads.

Actually, the way the service works is as follows:
- you input the referral
- we contact the referral to verify that they want to be matched with agents
- we then connect them with 2 - 4 agents who best fit their specific needs
- we handle all of the follow-up, paperwork, processing, etc. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you wish to be
- we pay you up to a 25% referral fee once the deal closes.
Obviously, the personal referrals close at a much higher rate, and the "raw leads" close at slightly above industry standard.
We also provide a "tracking receipt" for every submitted referral, so you have an idea of what happened if we don't match them to agents.
