Today I was brianstorming trying to think of ways to improve my sources of lead generation and the
thought hit me! Realtor.com,I made a phone call and the next thing I know I am getting hammered with
a hard sell on why I should spend 10K a year on a couple of "sky-scraper" ads and maybe a banner ad
while I was at it. The representive was a hard hitter giving me names of Realtors standing in line for
these spots, but he was going to bend the rules and slide me in in front of them. The next words are ones
that made me want to run like the wind,"All I need to hold these spots is a credit card". I had that feeling
I had about 25 years ago when I went to an Am-way Meeting.
The reason I said all that is to ask this " Is it worth it to spend big money for this type of add when you
have a decent web-site?'. My site www.mountaintoprealty.net is a 3 of 10 on Google, is that enough?
