A lovely tree lined street separates the Wathen and Wilson homes on the north and south with round abouts for ease of commute and less stop signs.
For those who are active the Dry Creek Trail borders Historic Wawona Ranch on the east side. This is a popular walking/running/biking trail that connects with other trails. Bordering the west side of Historic Wawona Ranch is Buchanan High School. The stadium is better than most community college facilities and many people walk and run around the track and stadium when students are not using the facility.
