That's interesting that Fort Mill is still going strong while Tega Cay seems to have leveled off, Nina. Dare I say stablized?

Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents ~ hi Elizabeth, Tega Cay is more of a seasonal market since it's on Lake Wylie... so I wouldn't say the market has stabilized, but more that it's correct for the post-summer boating and fishing season.
