Yes, I Help Renters Too
A long time friend of mine called me a few months ago and asked me if I would help him find an apartment to rent. He was going through a divorce and needed something big enough so that he'd have a home office. He wasn't ready to buy yet because he was making a transition and didn't want to buy a home until he really decided where he wanted to be. So, we set about setting a budget and then identifying a location and the type of building he wanted to live in. We looked at a few in Harford County and in north east Baltimore County. He decided he liked Harford County better, it was more central for his job and closer to the roads he needed to use to get around his territory. I found him a beautiful 2 bedroom home with a nice balcony and reasonably priced at just $1175 a month. Today was moving day!!
Another happy client and someday a future home owner. Yes, I help renters find homes too.
