Home Builder with Royal Oaks Homes

Every year, the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties sponsor the Triangle Parade of Homes. This event spans three weekends in October, welcoming visitors to tour the newest communities and homes. This month, more than 250 new homes are included in the Parade of Homes.

Setting Smart Standards

Royal Oaks Homes is showcasing our BuildSmart homes in this event. We’ve developed this standard for “smart homes” that integrate the latest technology for staying connected with your home’s lighting, security, thermostat, and smart appliances. Whether you prefer Siri, Alexa, or Google Home, your new Royal Oaks home will be pre-wired and ready to connect with you. Click here to watch our BuildSmart video to see how a smart home works harder for you.
