Laguna Beach Real Estate Market Report - This Month 2017
Laguna Beach housing market shows a slowing in rising prices. Property prices paused as we step into the fall season. September saw a total of 29 sold homes down from 35 in August. The average sold price was $2,183,000 down from $2,452,000 the previous month.
There are currently 261 active listings in Laguna Beach which is on the high side and has lead to a 9 month supply of inventory. An normal market that doesn't favor either buyers or sellers is about a 6 month supply of inventory. A 9 month supply should strongly favor buyers, however, Laguna Beach is a different market and we see many sellers who don't have to sell and will wait for prices to come to them.
From September of last year to September of this year, the average sales price went up by 7.06 percent.
Here is a quick summation for September 2017
