70 % Of ALL Homes in Texas Will Need Foundation Repair!
I was surprised to hear that 70 % of all homes in Texas will need foundation repair at some point. Wow... that seems like a BIG number! I heard this surprising statistic at a recent training on foundations I attended with Perma Pier Foundation. Don't let that number scare you! I have seen thousands of homes over my 12 year real estate career , while surprising, I do think this number is accurate. - There is a transferable lifetime warranty to the new buyer
