This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 10.5 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 4.6 percent and down 6.0 percent on condos and up 36.3 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 8.7 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 4.9 percent and the sales volume is down 10.8 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 10.9 and the sales volume is down 7.9 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 11.0 percent and the sales volume is down 2.6 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 8.2 percent and the sales volume up 9.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 18.2 percent and the sales volume is up 1.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 3.7 percent and the sales volume is down 16.7 percent.
We are still seeing a long list of areas with decreasing sales volumes throught the county. This is all normal for the end of the year and the number of sales.
