From Hwy 9 to the South T-Bar gate is approx 9.5 miles total. From the gate to the property is approx 9.7 miles. Stay on South T-Bar past Sawmill, past Cimmereon Crossing, past High Hopes. The property is at the very end of South T-Bar. No sign, look for the survey tape.
