Your best strategy is to go in knowing what you're up against. It might be best to identify at least 3 units and then try to negotiate your best deal. There will be tough Sellers. Buyers with 4 million and more have a little more muscle but that doesn't mean they're going to have an easier time negotiating. I know there's one guy out there who's priced 3 million overpriced easily. He also wants full price. I don't see that one going anywhere anytime soon.
