Hurricane Irma Property Damage Claims - Florida Licensing

By
Real Estate Appraiser with United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc.

It's amazing how Florida State waived adjuster licensing for Citizens Insurance meanwhile the public adjusters looking to obtain non-resident public adjuster licenses to help property owners are not having their licenses expedited or waived. If there is a shortage of insurance company adjusters, wouldn't that mean there is a shortage of experienced public adjusters to help out the Florida home and business owners? Our firms experience with handling claims in Florida has not been surprising as carrier Aka staff adjusters from the insurance company are not answering their phone calls, not returning emails regarding pertinent communications or just not showing up to scheduled meetings because the carrier adjusters are trying to take on more claims then they can handle. The article states "The emergency rules suspension enables Citizens to match or exceed other companies’ offers, and also waive other requirements, including holding a Florida license.". If carrier adjusters are getting paid higher fees then normal, wouldn't they have an incentive to take on more claims then they can handle?
For these exact reasons, United Public Adjusters & Appraisers, Inc. Is being called by Hotels, Motels, Condo Associations, business owners, and homeowners as Florida Residents deserve Equal Representation! 1-800-718-5677 (LOSS) #Florida #public #adjuster #Condo #hotel #insurance #claim #help
