I have never been one of those people who tells others that there’s an easy button or a magic shortcut or give them false hope…
Instead I am more likely to compel new agents to first face their fears and overcome them ASAP.
And because of that, I tend to resonate with leadership-minded people who feel the same.
So Active Rain reader, as you read this, think about your past achievements, big and small.
And more importantly, OWN THEM.
We have a tendency to be looking forward, at that “Gap of Uncertainty” ahead of us...
We’re busy measuring the distance between where we are and where we IMAGINE we could be (and where we want to be).
So, just for a moment, turn around and look back at how far you’ve come.
Let it give you confidence in your own potential and your own abilities. Too often we have allowed those things we have overcome in our past to fade from memory.
The Gap of Uncertainty stands before every new agent, the agent who has figured a few things out and needs to create a real business, the agent whose business is mature but sunsetting. Look at how far you have come!
And let it inspire you and give you strength to leap forward into that Gap of Uncertainty.
Here’s to making the leap,
Best of Success,
