Tree-lined streets, stately older homes and a short walk to downtown Fort Collins continue to place the charming Old Town neighborhood among the most desirable places to live in northern Colorado, even with homes in the area selling for a premium over other locations.

 

Homes in Old Town Fort Collins have sold strongly so far in 2017 -  there have been 134 sales, ranging in price from a low of $209,322 to a high of $1,325,452, with a median price of $446,500 and an average price of $488,297. Market performance has been very good, with an average days to offer of 27 days and an average days on market of 62 days. The sale price/list price ratio for these 134 homes was 97.9%.
