Of course they want to see the inside of that home. They're most likely standing in front of it if they're using KWKLY to gather the information. This message says that you are ready to help them. 

 

2. What are your real estate plans for the year?

This works very well. There is a lot going on with this question. It is certainly not what they're expecting which is what it's all about. Sending a subtle message that you are not high pressure doesn't hurt either. 

 

3. Are you by chance interested in a great deal? 

Who isn't? This should trigger a response. You are letting them know that you are the area expert and have the inside track on all things real estate. If they don't want a great deal, forget them! You don't want to work with them anyway. 

 

4. Let me know if you want to see the best properties around you? 

Every buyer wants to know their agent has a pulse on the market. This says that without you having to play personal cheerleader. 

 

5. What are your 3 favorite neighborhoods?

What you are saying here is "I want to work for you!" If they feel you have their best intentions in mind, you will win their business. 

 

6. How do you prefer to be contacted? 

Common courtesy goes a long way toward building and maintaing trust. 

 

7. Let me know if there are any other homes you want to see the inside of?

First impressions last. Out of the gate, you are letting them know you are here to help them along the way.
