Home prices in Boynton Beach, FL  were a mixed bag in September.    

Prices of closed sales on single family homes in Boynton Beach remained basically the same, while price per square foot was up.  Houses sold for close to asking price and above, while condos, villas and townhomes showed a decrease in the price of closed sales.    

Below  is a snapshot for how the market did in September for  home prices in Boynton Beach FL.

In September 2017,  the average list price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 353,676.  The list price per square foot was $ 171.  The list price remained basically the same as last month while the  price per square foot showed an increase over last month.

 

In September 2017, the average sold price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 340,595 with an average price per square foot of $ 166.  Average days on market was 81.  This shows the same thing - prices remained virtually the same on closed homes, while price per square foot increased over last month with houses closing for an average of .98% of list price.  In other words, houses are selling for pretty close to asking price.

 

In September 2017, the average list price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach FL was $ 175,259. The price per square foot for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 132.  Listing prices dipped slightly in condos, villas and townhouses, along with price per square foot, over last month.

In September 2017, the average sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 166,956 with an average price per square foot of $ 125.  Average days on market was 72.  Prices indicate a decrease over last month in both closed sales and price per square foot.   Condos, villas and townhouses sold for an average of .95% of asking price.
