There are so many builders out there, you have to decide what is important to you and then pick a builder.
There are the builders that can give you a big boxy home with lots of square footage no customer service to speak of and low quality.
There are the builders who have boxy homes, average quality and medium price.
There are the builders who are cheap but to give you a cheap home but to do that they have to cut down somewhere.
Then there are the high end builders who give you a quality home for a fair price and great customer service.
What builder is right for you? Some people just want to or need the big square footage and do not want to pay top dollar that is fine. Others want something in between.
A lady came in last night and told me; that another Sales Consultant in Aliana had told her "your too picky you need to go to Sitterle."
