Relocation is my specialty, and love working with relo buyers! On their first initial visit we did have LOTS of homes on the list just to get a feel for neighborhoods, location and styles of homes. That was the day they learned how much stronger our Denver market is compared to back home. Some homes we saw were not much larger or nicer than their current home, but $100K more expensive.
Then they had to learn about how Sellers are more interested in their bottom line, and not inclined to do many (if any) repairs on a home even if there is lots of true issues and deferred maintenance. Maybe that was why this Seller's home had been on the market for a MONTH in this market! Well, that contract was terminated.
It took a few trips out, and countless times I heard - wish this home had what that home has and we can merge the two! How many times have we heard that!
They were very happy to get this home in Sorrel Ranch, and what a difference! When was the last time there were NO inspection issues? The sellers were meticulous, and very definitely take pride in ownership! The walk through was no different - it was like a brand new home!

The buyers now are closed, moving in this weekend, and could not be happier! One of the first things they took out of their car was their American Flag!
