Genuine GE appliance parts Hampton Roads:

A friend of mine said he needed parts for his five year old GE Profile Dishwasher, but was having a hard time finding them in Williamsburg. He said that the GE website was not very helpful.  He tried the local Sears Hometown Store and was told that they could order the parts. The person told him a faster way to get the parts would be to contact Cashwells Appliance Parts Plus, 9958 Jefferson Ave, Newport News, VA 23605, 757-599-8434 and to ask for Brady.  The parts are original GE parts and are cheaper than on the GE Website.

They also give a 10% discount to Williamsburg customers.  Brady will even meet customers in Williamsburg with the parts. 

Now that is what I call superb customer service!
