Ridgewood Hills Fort Collins CO Homes for Sale
Ridgewood Hills is located on the southern edge of Fort Collins,with great access to schools, shopping, recreation and entertainment. The neighborhood offers a wide selection of homes, from single family homes in a variety of styles to patio homes and town homes. Prices range from the $300's up to the $500's, and some of the homes have spectacular mountain views. The neighborhood features amenities such as a park and playground, walking paths and a swimming pool, and has been a popular choice for buyers for many years.
Home sales have been good so far this year in Ridgewood Hills - there have been 50 sales, priced from a low of $322,000 to a high of $540,000, with a median price of $405,000 and an average price of $402,200. Market performance has been excellent, with the average days to offer at 21 days and average days on the market at 58. The sale price/list price ratio for these 50 homes was 99.5%, a sign of high buyer demand and a strong seller's market.
