Westchase Fort Collins CO Homes for Sale

 

Westchase, located in the popular southeast section of Fort Collins, is a lovely neighborhood offering an attractive mix of housing choices, from smaller single family homes priced in the $300's to large custom homes priced just under $1M. It is convenient to schools, shopping and entertainment as well as to I-25. The neighborhood has walking paths and a playground and is adjacent to the Fossil Creek reservoir, an 843 acre wildlife sanctuary.

 

For the last several years, home sales in Westchase have been constrained by limited inventory - there have been 16 sales, ranging in price from a low of $360,000 to a high of $917,000, with a median price of $440,750 and an average price of $514,300. Market performance has been very good - the average days to offer was 11 days and average days on the market was 40. The sale price/list price ratio for these 16 homes was 99.1%, a sign of a seller's market and high buyer demand.
