Home Prices in San Clemente 10/22/2017
This weeks report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 7.8 percent, new homes are down 3.0 percent and resale condos are up 8.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 6.3 percent, down 7.2 percent on condos and up 45.7 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 12.8 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 8.2 percent and the sales volume is down 11.7 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 2.5 and the sales volume is down 23.7 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 4.7 percent and the sales volume is up 14.0 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 28.7 percent and the sales volume up 10.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 32.1 percent and the sales volume is up 1.8 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.4 percent and the sales volume is up 13.3 percent.
On the ground I am seeing many more buyers and sellers this last week. The buyers are finding it difficult to successfully find a home because of the low inventory. The new home markets are seeing those buyers flocking to their product.
