Exterior photo of a patio in a Maple-Ash Neighborhood condominium. Maple-Ash is a historic downtown Tempe neighborhood with unique homes, built in the last century.
This was a main photo of a listing for rent, which received an offer for purchase, and the owner accepted it.
The photo captures the laid-back living style which this location offers.
If you are an Arizona State University student or a professor, you can easily not miss a car, if you lived in this location.
The complex consists of four units and has two owners only - homeowners communications can't get easier than that. The neighborhood has lush vegetation, mature trees, shaded sidewalks, street art, cafes and restaurants, Broadway shows and other concerts at Gammage theatre across the street, on Mill Ave.
I have another listing now at the same complex - curious to see which will come first, renting it or selling. The Sellers have owned the condo for 17 years, and have always been happy with the property and the Tenants. They say: "Happy Tenants make Landlords Happy!"
This is my entry for Dick Greenberg's Photo contest 2017.
