APRIL 08 VS. APRIL 06
According to the South Bay Brokers, the median price homes sold in the Manhattan Beach Sand Section-Area 142 for April 08 was down 3% compared to April 06. The median price home sold in Area 143, the Tree Section for April 08 compared to April 06 was up 8% and the median price home sold in the Hill Section was down 65% April 08 compared to April 06.
