Worry is a Misuse of Your Time

“Worry is a misuse of your time . . . . your energy . . . .

and your resources.”

Lou Ludwig Sales and Management Consultant,

Success Tips, Speaker Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Worry is a misuse of your time

Worry will not solve a problem . . . . it will compound it.

Worry will not reduce stress . . . . it makes things worst.

Worry is wasting your time . . . . your energy . . . . and your resources When everything is said and your where you started except you in a deeper rut.

Worry is a misuse of your time . . . .  When you face with a challenge worrying won’t create the answers . . . . Being proactive . . . . looking for solutions will find the answers . . . . it will reduce stress . . . . reduce worrying in your life . . . . and make far better uses of your time.

This is a very true statement! It is not good to only worry, but use that worry to motivate you to find a solution or alternative.

Hi Lou- I allow myself a few minutes to worry then try to focus on something positive I can do about it.

Worry is definitely a waste of time, and typically, whatever one worries about doesn't happen. So why bother?

Good morning, Lou Ludwig and this is another reason I love to workout every morning....starting the day with a clear head is nice feeling.... you MUST focus when you do weight training... worrying is not part of the program....

Good morning Lou, worry is without a doubt a waste of time. Focusing on a solution or facing whatever is wrong is far more productive.

Worry less despite of all the struggles. Instead, always try to look at the positive part of life no matter what happen.

I completely agree! Worry does nothing to help with a problem, it only makes it worse. Thanks for sharing.

Worrying about things instead of finding solutions is a waste of time when you could be doing proactive things to change it.. Worrying about things you have no control over is even worse.
