The 80524 zip code for Fort Collins CO concicts of the northeastern parts of the city, and includes the east side of the Old Town neighborhood. It is characterized by older existing homes, new construction in developing neighborhoods to the east, and less dense semi-rural development to the north. Prices range from affordable to luxury, and all styles and sizes of homes are found here.
