The highest sale in Castle Rock sold for $3,975,000 via an auction, has 6.58 acres and was a custom home in Castle Pines Village. It was sold in 60 days and the home was built in 2001 and has 7 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a four car garage and has 16,420 total square feet.
