Real Estate Photography - Interiors
Just as an appealing exterior photo will peak a prospective buyers interest, good interior photos will keep and strenghten their desire so that they will want to make an actual showing appointment to see the home in person. '
There are a few things I consider when taking interior photos. The most important one for each room is a focal point and the best angle or perspective to show off the room's strenghts.
In the example below, the family room of this Spring Hill, Florida home featured some beautiful windows located high up the exterior wall filling the entire room with daylight. The home had many more great features and this room was one of the major ones.
Are there things in the room that could have been improved prior to the photo shoot? Certainly. Good suggestions would be to remove the half dead plant next to the TV and the electrical cables from behind the TV. However, these issues did not destract from the overall intent of conveying the feeling of space.
This Spring Hill, Florida home has since sold. If you are interested in Florida living and would like to find out about other Spring Hill, Florida homes that are available for sale or if you would like to know more information about marketing your Spring Hill home for sale, I invite you to contact me by phone at 352-584-7441 or email.
