Real Estate Photography - Main Listing Photos

First impressions count when selecting the main listing photos in the marketing of any home for sale. Our multiple listing service requires a view of the front of the home as the first photo that prospective buyers will see.

In this example, the home was photographed from the street with a zoom lens to cut out most of the driveway. Although the garage is somewhat dominant on the right side of the photo, the eye is drawn to the red door, then the windows and the overall architectural design of the home.

I agree, the picture like this should be the main picture of a listing. It is strange to see the main picture to be a kitchen or most of the time a living room.
