The neighbors don't mow their lawn next door, they hay it once a year or a flicked cigarettes burns the tall dry grass out front. Keep your home owner's fire policy in force and hope the winds don't shift your direction when the blaze ignites. By accident or on purpose. Nice collection of carsand trucks on blocks to make it easy to give directions to your place. Just look for the junk yard next door, can't miss it.

That happens right under your nose and can be missed if not noticed or acted on before you hear the disel new moving van backing in with a beep beep beep as the old neighbors wave good by and drive away.

Yes, this is a very complicated issue. We live in a rural area and one of our neighbors sought our opinion recently. Her neighbors have a built a quad track and now drive them around it at all hours making noise and kicking up dust. She grows flowers and lavender commercially, so the dust is a real problem. She tried to used civility to explain the problem - basically they flipped her off. Many people move to the country for the freedom to do as they please - and legally, they aren't doing anything wrong. Although, admitedly it's pretty annoying at times. Wondering what the outcome will be as she says they will have to move if it doesn't stop.

That's what I think too Hannah Williams . Just last fall purchase a cute log lake cottage next to waterfront home and having fun tweaking, feathering the nest for company or down the road rental option.
