Client Contact Programs

5 more days till my due date!! (In other words, any day now!!!!!)

Okay i need some help.  I am currently a Top Producer user.  I don't feel that i am getting my money's worth from the program.  I am looking for other Client Database/Contact managers.  The only other one that i have looked really in depth at Xsellerate with A la Mode.  Does anyone have any input to price vs. value of other programs that are out there.  I am currently paying $50/month for Top Producer.  $600/year seems a bit pricey to me for a program that i don't feel is giving me much value.

Thanks for the input.  It is greatly appreciated!

Team Quintana Real Estate Mandee,  there are a few good programs out there that might meet your needs, however something you may need to look at is will it meet all your needs in one package.  We have looked around for some other programs to fill all of our needs and found that you might need one program here and then need to add on something else and then maybe even get another program to do something esle.

When it comes down to it I agree about the pricing, however this one program can do about everything we need it to do and there are quite a few functions that it can do that we have not even thought about.  The key is make sure you are utilizing it to its fullest capacity and that it is your one system.

Take care and good luck with your new little one (when it arrives)!!

Mandee.. I used to have Topproducer... wasn't working for me and my needs.  My broker (thank goodness) purchased Xsellerate from Alamode.  We have all been pleased.  I belive, but not sure, that if YOU purchased it, you can have others part of the site.. maybe you can pass some of the expense onto them.  Make it a group effort.. times are hard all the way around and maybe someone else would like to partake too, if this is an option

Thanks Bruno.  I am unclear about what program you are talking about. Or were you just giving general information??  Thanks again.  :)

HI Mandee - I'm a contact database junkie!  I've tried Goldmine, ACT, Telemagic, and many others.  I've been using Top Producer for many years now and would be lost without it.

My first question is how long have you been using the program?  Have you experimented with everything it does?  Their online tutorials are excellent.

And as far as a contact manager the ability to set up various plans for prospecting (with drip campaigns), good follow up for past clients and keeping in touch with everyone I can't find another program as robust.

If you have a database with hundreds of entries don't give up on TP...  I'd be happy to answer any questions or talk further with you on how we use it.

Best of luck in your search - Raleigh Realtor
