AR Photo contest-real estate misc, Halloween

St. Paul's historical district prides itself on gorgeous pre 20th Century mansions. Most are kept in impeccable condition, the original owners who built them would be proud. No two are alike, some were built by lumber barons, some brewers, but each home was custom built for the personality of the owner.  The current owners love them for just that reason, they have charm, character, and a specific personality. This beauty on Summit Ave is dressed for fall and for Halloween.  What better place to hunt for ghosts on Halloween night than a 100+ year old mansion?  Trick or treat anyone?

Wow, what a great house Mary Jo Quay .  I could totally see a skeleton or something hanging inside that top window with a nice lighting strike strobe light illuminating it on occasion.

I Move You Home

We have lots of ghosts in St Paul, and a few in Minneapolis.  I performed 'clearings' on two houses.  One I was sure that the presence left, the other was angry we were selling the house.  I felt him as I was clearing out what used to be his bedroom.
