there are currently only only 16 listings with 18 days on market, which is an increase, ranging in price from $330,000 to $400,000. These homes under $400,000 are remaining on the market longer right now, easing the stress for first time buyers. Days on market for these homes are 18 days, compared to 8 days from last month.
