Hutchinson Hills is located in South Denver a couple minutes to Tiffany & Tamarac shopping centers and a 10 minute drive to Park Meadows shopping center. This is a great location if you work in the Tech Center, it will be a short commute. You will have a multitude of restaurants and movie theaters to choose from within a 5 minute drive. If you enjoy golfing, Kennedy Golf Course is within a 5 minute drive. Cherry Creek Reservoir is close and offers many outdoor activities from biking, boating to swimming.
