Time to Fall Back Change Clocks & Schedule Doctor Appointments

I cannot believe it is November 1 2017 .

  • We change the clocks  this Saturday at 2 AM . Remember Fall back so turn the clocks back  we gain a hours sleep
  • Veterans Day is November 11  it falls on a Saturday and Banks will close on Monday
  • It will be Flu season soon so do not forget or neglect to get your Flu shot
  • You may also want to talk to your doctor to see if you are a candidate pheumonia vaccine
  • You may also need a booster shot 

Today I went to get my Flu shot . I was so glad that I have that out of the way and do not have to worry about it . Time has flown by so quickly .

Before we know it Thankgiving will be here .

I hope you take the time to make time for your  health

Good morning, Hannah... well, I'll be changing my clocks so as to be on time for my clients. Flu shots... not so much. The worst flu I ever had was the one and only year I had a flu shot. I've avoided those shots like the plague since.

We don't change times in most of AZ (only on the reservation up north). But this means I'm on CO time and also only 2 hours behind my sister in Toronto - which is great as we talk a lot on the phone.  Flu shot - done and over with in early Oct.

Hi Hannah - We just sent out our Fall Back marketing piece last week, and we include a 9 volt battery in it for the smoke detectors. At least it stands out a bit, and we get a great response from it. We've never thought about linking it to health, but that's a great idea.
