Easiest way to improve your Facebook experience!

If you have spent any time at all on social media, you quickly learn about "haters".  These people don't have a life and try to steal your happines but being negative or just trolling.  They add no value and actually deminish your experience.

Therefore, the easiest way to improve your Facebook experience is to filter them out.  You have two choices:  unfriend or block them.  Unfriend is good for people that over share their political or religious beliefs, but sometimes that just isn't enough of a filter.  If you Block them, they can no longer see your posts or tag you.  You effectively take away their sight and their voice!

Here are the quick and easy steps you need to take to improve your Facebook Experience:

1.  Log into your Facebook account, and click the "?", then select "Privacy Shortcuts":

2.  Then click on "how do I stop someone from bothering me?" to expand the option to show where you can enter their name(s).  You can also block them by email address.

3.  Facebook asks you if you really want to "block them".  There are less severe options available, but if you job is to take out the trash and improve your life, you do want to block them!

How to improve your Facebook experience

In the medical world, they improve your health when you are "sick" by blocking what ails you and sometimes surgically removing the cancer or toxins.  I highly suggest you do the same on social media.  It is the easiest way to improve your quality of  (online) life!

They don't get notified, but when they try to go to your page, they won't be able to.  They can't tag you either. If you just unfollow them, they can still see what you are up to and stalk/troll you.

Thanks for the tips, Jim.  I'm learning new Facebook features each day.  I did not know I could block haters.  I love it!
