In fact, if you don't implement the A,B,C's I am talking about - you probably won't get to the closing table too often, and if you happen to stumble in there occasionally - your clients might be glaring at you!

I recently purchased appliances from LH Brubaker in Mechanicsburg, PA. My sales associate was Misty Clifford. She is phenomenal - and I don't use that term lightly. She was friendly from the moment I met her, knowledgeable as we discussed my options, and her follow through was outstanding. Furthermore, I never felt like I was 'in the dark' - she communicated with me throughout the process and after the delivery, she was just as quick to respond.
Way to go Misty - you clearly value your customers!
So, when it comes to selling or buying a home - There is absolutely no excuse for letting communication lapse with an active client!
My Number One question is ALWAYS -
What is YOUR preferred method of communication (text,email or phone)? Communication must be adapted to the preference of the client!!
We are a team - let's define the goal -
