Still a Seller's Market here in Venice, FL
- Average and Median Sales Prices are up from 2016!
- The market time is a little longer than 2016.
- New Construction is popping up all over.
- Looks like less people are paying cash than last year.
We are not anticipating that the market will slow down, even with Irma blasting thru in September.
We had some trees uprooted... but no damage like Fort Myers or Naples got.
Venice is in a unique spot here along the Gulf Coast. The folklore is that the Indians used to come here to avoid the bad late summer storms. So far it seems true and let's hope it continues.
Looking forward to "season" starting and the snowbirds coming!
