Inventory among the condos remains steady, since our last report, and homes continue to sell in under a month. This market is moving very fast. Sellers need to price their home carefully if they want to sell fast. Buyers will be watching and they will make offers on the best priced homes. The median sales price for condos in Roscoe Village was $349,000.

Housing Type: Townhome Roscoe Village
There weren't any townhomes in our last report and now two are under contract. This neighborhood is in dire need of more townhomes. They are high in demand.
Housing Type: Single Family Roscoe Village
The trend continues among the houses of Roscoe Village that the new construction ones are taking longer to sell than the resale homes. One home took 549 days to sell, which seems extreme, but it was also new construction, so it was being promoted before the home was ready for occupancy. The resale homes kept with the trend of selling in a month or less. The median sales price for single family homes was $1,185,000.
