This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 7.8 percent, new homes are down 0.2 percent and resale condos are up 8.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 7.4 percent, down 1.1 percent on condos and up 43.6 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92627 sales prices are down 2.8 percent and the sales volume is up 92.9 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 9.0 percent and the sales volume is up 24.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.5 percent and the sales volume is down 17.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 12.0 and the sales volume is down 32.3 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 1.4 percent and the sales volume is up 9.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 33.3 percent and the sales volume up 18.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 8.6 percent and the sales volume is up 3.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 2.9 percent and the sales volume is up 17.8 percent.
It is November and we see that the market is still alive and well. Look at the change in sales volume here in Corona del Mar up 92.9 percent. That is amazing as we see the market slowing down. Just not here in Corona del Mar. Slowing down is what we see happening in the normal course of events. Weather is cooling and the days are shorter. Have a great week.
