Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents ~ hi Elizabeth, Tega Cay is a tiny penninsula on Lake Wylie... very limited number of homes there, but as it connects to Fort Mill and shares the same schools, many buyers look at them as one market. So it will always look like it's in more demand because there is less there to buy.

Carol Williams ~ hi Carol. Thank you. I'm waiting for our regional report today, as well. But our area is so large, even if it's slowing down in some areas, the market could be heating up in others.

I think the mistake many agents make is thinking that if they throw up a bunch of graphs and numbers that the public understand what those numbers mean and/or their impact on decisions that have to be made. Just because it's logical to us doesn't mean someone who isn't in the business understands any of the nuances.

Lisa Von Domek ~ hi Lisa... thanks. Fort Mill and Tega Cay continue to suffer from thinventory and buyers are scooping up houses as quickly as they come on the market.

George Souto ~ hi George... right now, I'm thinking that we won't be seeing many changes in our market until we get more inventory. As for affordable inventory, that's a whole other matter!
