Hello Nina: It looks like Tega Cay is in more demand than Fort Mill but the Fort Mill market must be low enough that it's on fire. Our days on market in Sac have increased now that we're heading into the winter months but prices? Still going up. Just like you.

Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents ~ hi Elizabeth, Tega Cay is a tiny penninsula on Lake Wylie... very limited number of homes there, but as it connects to Fort Mill and shares the same schools, many buyers look at them as one market. So it will always look like it's in more demand because there is less there to buy.

I think the mistake many agents make is thinking that if they throw up a bunch of graphs and numbers that the public understand what those numbers mean and/or their impact on decisions that have to be made. Just because it's logical to us doesn't mean someone who isn't in the business understands any of the nuances.
