You know things have gone well in this Cincinnati suburb when the builder opens a new subdivision directly across the street from another patio home community! The success of The Villas at Park Place led to the creation of Bel Haven. Literally just across the street, Bel Haven offers even MORE floor plans! And they're taking lot holds NOW!
Bel Haven won't be a small patio home community, with close to 100 patio homes when they're done, plus a pool and other amenities. But for now, they're taking lot holds so they can start the building in 2018. Pricing will start in the mid $300s and $400s, but depending on your choices you can obviously spend much more for your upscale courtyard home. They'll look similar to the low maintenance home above that our buyers had built in The Villas at Park Place, but Bel Haven has umped the ante and will have up to EIGHT floor plans!
Floor plans range from 1330 sq ft of living space all the way up to 2930. Homes are built on a slab (so no basement) and depending on floor plan there's an opportunity for an upstairs bonus room. All floor plans feature a minimum of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 2 car garage. Floor plans are open and the homes are nicely appointed even at the base level.
