These are some great tips.  The cost of heating our homes in the winter can be extreme for some people.  Saving energy is good for everyone.

Just be more in tune with lights on and standing with the refridgerator door open and not knowing what you want.   Same goes for foing in and out.  Openn the door and move don't stand with the door open.
