This time of year, you will usually find me down in my craft room in the basement working away on handmade Christmas/Birthday gifts.
Sure I could run to the store and buy all of my gifts, but I try to make as many things as possible because it is kind of a tradition in our house.
My daughter and I have birthdays coming up and we always try to make something special for each other for our birthdays.
While I am creating, I usually have the TV turned on to the Hallmark Channel. You just can't get too many Christmas movies, right?
Yesterday I caught Hallmark's - The Christmas Card.
This was a heart warming story about a young man who receives a random Christmas Card while he is away fighting the war. The card changes his life forever as he comes to the little town to find the special person who sent the card and the impact she and her family have on his life.
