I remember being a child and accompanying my dad to visit the office of a travel agent. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a cheerful agent in a bright, welcoming office that had overly sized chairs and alluring posters that lined the walls inviting vacationers to every imaginable spot on the planet. The agent was funny and shared insightful information and with a bright smile and some finalization of details, within an hour, my dad had booked a dream vacation to surprise my mother. We exited with hands full of brochures and my promise to not 'spill the beans' to mom!

Today, our vacation plans as well as most other business interactions start online and each day we communicate with numerous people we do not know.
