This is our Giving Thanks - Day 9 - entry into "12 Days of Thanks Giving 2017 - ActiveRain Challenge" hosted by Debbie Reynolds.

While my eating regimen is for the most part "low carb" or "carb free" these days, on the rare occasion that I venture into carb territory I am extremely thankful that there are some great artisan breads out there.

My favorite, which I discovered three years ago, is Noble Bread. They make many varieties - my preferred being their standard bearer "Country" loaf.

We found them at a Farmer's Market. You have to go early - they consistently sell out!

This is the time of year when I load up on more carbs than I ought to. I'm also fond of artisan breads. My favorite is an Olive loaf, available at our local Bel Air store bakery.

That looks like perfectly delicious artisan bread. I really don't eat carbs all that much either - they don't agree with me. I would make an exception and take a nibble of that bread though. ;)
