Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams@Cinco Ranch

In my first entry I sort of forgot to mention how I got into this in the first place.

I have been interested in real estate for years

Its sort of hokey..but I watched infomercials for years of the latest gurus hawking their investor courses

And while I knew something wasnt right, the idea still seemed right I just wasnt sure their courses were the way to go. I did order a Carleton Sheets course off of ebay several years ago along with a Russ Whitney book the same way. I learned quite a bit from both, but never had the confidence or enough cash on hand to go for it, per say.

Then one day my wift just point blank suggested that I get a real estate license(that was around 2 years ago) this was after years and years in restaurants both as a waiter and in management for Papa Johns Pizza.

I then proceeded to work on a pre licensing course for the next year and a half at night after work, I am sure most folks could have done it a lot faster...but it was all in spare time from full time job

I figured from what I have researched about this industry before I got licensed is that most Realtors are investors also and the knowledge and networking I get from being in the business could only help with the investing part while I take care of my clients

Thats it for now...until next time....

Tony,   Get a picture of yourself uploaded so people can see who you are, it will help you.  Also remember you are blogging for customers.  So be careful how you present yourself.  What would you think about your waitress saying to you I'll bring your food so I can make my tip.  When you talk about money it cheapens you and your image.  I would delete this comment and delete "make my commissions" in your blog
