Hi ya, Myrl: I'm gonna have a fantastic December this year because almost every listing I've got is suddenly flying into escrow (I'll be in Hawaii in December). The pending sales are way up in Sacramento. The city alone has a 15.5% increase in pending sales over last year at this time.

Hi Myrl. Hope you're selling lots of homes in this final quarter of 2017. We've got three closing soon, and feel as if we're ready to start planning for more good stuff in 2018.

 THe good news is that the pended sales are up maybe just taking a little longer to close!

Myrl hope those negative numbers turn positive in the very near future.

Looks like a balanced market at the end of the year which is good for both sides of the transaction.
