Today, I am thankful for vendors who come through for me.

This is #3 in the Activerain November "thankful" contest.

In real estate, we often rely on vendors to do their work not only efficiently and professionally, but also in a timely manner. These include home and pest inspectors, appraisers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, insurance agents, and even HOA people. And you want dynamite escrow and title officers who will take your calls and make your clients feel special.

In fact, I believe treating these professionals with all the respect they deserve goes a long way to have a smooth escrow. These are the professionals that can make us look good in front of our clients.

I give all these "vendors" so much credit for hopping to when I ask them to do me a "favor" and getting something done in the fastest possible time.

One thing these vendors look for is your repeat business, which I am happy to give them whenever possible.
